Proflix+ Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return for a change of mind. If your item is faulty or not as described, we will ensure you receive a remedy.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it:
- Unused or undamaged
- With all original accessories, manuals, and packaging included
- In its original box or packaging
- Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase
If the item is faulty or not as expected, these conditions may not apply.
How to Start a Return

- For change-of-mind returns, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- If your return is due to a faulty product or issue with the item, we will cover return shipping costs.
Please contact us before sending back any items for change of mind, as returns without prior communication may not be accepted. Faulty items can be returned without prior approval.

Inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if:

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

- Gift cards (non-refundable)

If you need a different item, the fastest option is to return the item you have and place a new order for the desired product.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:

- Most refunds are processed within 10 business days, though bank or credit card processing times may vary.
