Proflix+ Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it:
- Unused or undamaged
- With all original accessories, manuals, and packaging included
- In its original box or packaging
- You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Start a Return
To start a return, contact us at info@proflix.com.au.
If your return is accepted, we’ll provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that it is the customer’s responsibility to purchase a return shipping label and cover the cost of shipping the item back to us unless the item is defective or has a major fault.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. This will allow us to evaluate the issue and resolve it promptly.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:
- Opened or used projectors, unless defective
- Personalized or customized products
- Perishable or consumable accessories (e.g., cleaning supplies or specific components)
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Note: We cannot accept returns on gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you need is to return the item you have. Once your return is accepted, you can place a new order for the desired item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if your refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please remember that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return and you haven’t received your refund, contact us at info@proflix.com.au.
